Return rights

Leso.fi offers 14 days returns rights,
valid from the day you received your order.
Use the prepaid return label included in your package.

The consumer must make a cancellation notice
to the online store within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

Return goods must be returned within

The merchandise must be in original condition
and must not be worn, altered or washed.
All tags must still be attached.

Leso.fi offers 14 days of exchange rights,

and you will have your new item within 2-5 business days.

Product replacement will be successful
if the product is unused and in original condition.

Please, return the original condition item to us,
with the prepaid return label in your parcel.

When we receive your return,
a refund will be made, we will refund the price of the product,
but not the original shipping and return costs.

will be charged to the customer upon return.


Delivery methods and costs

The delivery methods used depend on the content
and the total weight of the shopping cart.

With partner companies, Posti has established a network
of over 47,500 service points across Europe.

Our deliveries are often very fast,
the order is intended to be sent within 2-5 business days.

The most common delivery time in Europe

Exceptions to the delivery time estimates are reported
